Hey! We’re Kate, Elia and Brett, the small but mighty team behind Fernhouse.

We’ve been designing and building spaces together since 2018. In 2021 we decided to take a big leap with the purchase and renovation of a property in upstate New York. After many (many!) hours of work over countless trips on weekends and holidays, Fernhouse Cottage was finally completed in winter 2024 and is now available to book on Airbnb!

In the meantime we’ve kept rolling in our Lancaster PA studio, building custom cabinetry, designing our own line of handcrafted furniture, and managing renovation projects for clients in the Philadelphia area.
